[Events] SimforHealth was at the WADEM

The WADEM, World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine, is a key international event, specialized in the medicine of disaster and emergency. We met there mainly specialists of emergency medicine and intensive care unites.
This year in Toronto, more than 900 delegates participated representing over 60 nationalities.

Emergency physicians, occupations paramedical emergency, armed Canadian and American among others were present on this lounge and we were able to confront our experiences, and to think about the future of training in emergency care.

The urgency, as its name indicates it, does not correspond at all to commonplace situations. Storms, earthquakes, or unfortunately attacks, the even the most hardened professionals need to form continuously in these situations.

How to react, which are the first gestures to adopt? How to evacuate the wounded persons and the verses where? How to sort out wounded persons?

During these 4 days at WADEM, on the stand of SimforHeatlh, tablets, connected computers and helmets of virtual reality, allowed hundred people to test our cases of simulations.
